The exhibition, exploring the influence of Latin music and culture on American pop culture opens soon at HistoryMiami.  And more, Linda Gassenheimer speaks with  Tim Andreola.  He’s the chef-owner of Basil Park in Sunny Isles.  We learn all about intact cuisine – a new concept in cooking.  Fred Tasker offers his wine suggestions.
