David Kushner Discusses His Memoir Alligator Candy

03/23/16 - Wednesday’s Topical Currentsdiscusses how a family somehow functions after mind-boggling catastrophe:  the random murder of an adolescent by strangers.

Jonathan Kushner was aged eleven in 1973, his surviving brother, only four.  But the survivor is now the acclaimed 47-year-old journalist, David Kushner.

David Kushner has gone back, and written an account of the Southwest Florida crime and how his bereaved family coped.

We’ll hear the story behind the book, ALLIGATOR CANDY . . . Wednesday at 1pm.
