The annual Zombie Bike Ridetook over Key West Sunday afternoon, with thousands of the undead riding the island's Atlantic shore at sunset.

The ride started with a few hundred people in 2009; it has grown each year and now thousands take part.

Key West's annual Zombie Bike Ride attracted thousands including an undead Kim Kardashian, in the person of Elizabeth Love.

Riders range from infants to the not-so-young. Zombie interpretations are liberal, from classic Mexican "day of the dead" get-up to Walking Dead tributes, zombie brides and grooms and just about anything anyone on the island can imagine.

Which is quite a bit. Zombies this year included undead versions of Kim Kardashian, characters from "Mad Max: Fury Road," mimes, jail inmates and Star Trek characters.
