A sweeping romantic drama that centers on enigmatic nurse Sarah Adams (Marta Dusseldorp) as she returns to her native Australia after two decades in Europe. Estranged from her mother and carrying the secrets of her wartime experiences, Sarah becomes involved in the lives of the Blighs, a wealthy pastoralist family. When Sarah unwittingly discovers a potentially scandalous Bligh family secret, her future becomes forever linked with theirs.

 

 

WHEN YOU'RE SMILING - When Sarah and Roy go to Sydney to deal with Sgt. Taylor's accusation, she finds more than she bargained for. Can Carolyn admit the truth to Elizabeth? Henry's confession forces James to sort out his true feelings.

Mia Laurenzo is a 35-year veteran of public television in Miami. She began her career learning every aspect of video production. Currently she is a writer, producer, on-air host and promotions coordinator for TV, radio and the web.  Her experiences include producing for a series, special events and historical documentaries.  As a native Floridian, she is a perfect fit for South Florida's Storyteller Station, WLRN.  She has produced several award winning, nationally distributed documentaries and is the recipient of three Suncoast Regional Emmys.
