A Stench In The Air

8pm DOC MARTIN: Aromatherapy - Comedy/Drama

The people of Portwenn are concerned for Radio Portwenn's DJ Caroline Bosman, whose increasingly erratic behaviour has them suspecting that she has been hitting the bottle. The Doc has to deal with an elderly patient whose personal aroma can clear a room, but is unable to determine a medical cause for the stench. PC Mylow hopes that his pheromone spray will endear him to a pretty newcomer to the village, while the Doc/Louisa/Danny triangle gets even more complicated.

9pm MIDSOMER MURDERS: Orchis Fatalis - Crime/Drama

It's the MidsomerMalham Orchid Society's Annual Show, and the competition is fierce. Bitterly disappointed at coming in third, Henry Plummer consoles himself in secret with his real prize - a priceless, one-of-a-kind yellow Roth orchid, illegally smuggled out of Borneo. Then a classics scholar is poisoned, and her journal, written in Latin and detailing her rather naughty activities, provides Barnaby's first clue.
