A Sickening Deception

8pm A PLACE TO CALL HOME: In the Heat of the Night - Drama - A compelling melodrama about love and loss set against the social change of the 1950s.

Sarah has taken ill and fears for the life of her baby. George overhears the hospital gossip and wonders if the baby could be his. Olivia continues her tryst with Lloyd, while James learns more about Dr. Fox. In Sydney, Douglas visits Elizabeth and puts his heart on the line, declaring his feelings for her.

9pm FOYLE'S WAR: Plan of Attack -  Crime DramaDetective Christopher Foyle, investigates wartime crimes in an English coastal town. With the end of World War II slowly but inevitably approaching, Foyle and his fellow citizens learn the price of victory and face a peace that will transform their lives in unexpected ways.

April 1944. DS Milner’s investigation of a transportation fraud sets in motion a series of events that brings Foyle back to the force. The town of Hastings hosts an religious conference on the morality of continued Allied bombing, Foyle probes the suspicious death of a young soldier from the Air Ministry office.

Mia Laurenzo is a 35-year veteran of public television in Miami. She began her career learning every aspect of video production. Currently she is a writer, producer, on-air host and promotions coordinator for TV, radio and the web.  Her experiences include producing for a series, special events and historical documentaries.  As a native Floridian, she is a perfect fit for South Florida's Storyteller Station, WLRN.  She has produced several award winning, nationally distributed documentaries and is the recipient of three Suncoast Regional Emmys.
