Journalist Gregg Easterbrook Says "The Game’s Not Over: In Defense of Football"

www.greggeasterbrook.com

02/02/16 - Listen for Tuesday’s Topical Currents, when we discuss the pros and cons of American football, with journalist Gregg Easterbook.  He’s written, THE GAME’S NOT OVER: In Defense of Football. Although the culture of football repels many people, one-third of the nation will watch Sunday’s Super Bowl. There’s dismaying NFL corporate welfare, solid links to player brain damage, domestic violence issues, drug suspensions and hot-dogging. But still, it’s fanatically viewed. Join in . . . for WLRN’sTopical Currents . . . Tuesday at 1pm.
