Famous Faces and Historic Places

WLRN TV is South Florida's Storyteller Station.  Our award winning original documentaries brings Florida's past to life.

Rooted deep in Florida's past are pioneers  who migrated south with a vision to tame this last American frontier.  One of the most famous faces of our past is that of Henry Morrison Flagler. His innovative thinking led to the development of Modern Florida in the Gilded Age.

WLRN also tells the story of historic places... places where speed reigned supreme, a place where the smell of burning rubber fueled excitement and if you had NO GUTS, you were sure to have NO GLORY.

And just when you think you know the whole story, WLRN's storytellers dig even deeper into Florida's rich and colorful past... literally!
