"If you could wave a magic wand and have the governor do one thing, what would it be?"
That was among the questions asked of those attending Monday's Democratic primary gubernatorial debate.
The Color of Change political action committee passed out bingo cards as an ice-breaker for representatives of different Democratic organizations at the event. The bingo cards prompted attendees to answer questions about challenges facing Floridians and what they are looking for in a governor.
Other questions were less political, such as one that asked participants to name personal heroes.
Players received a Visa gift card once they asked and marked off an entire row of questions.
Jade Magnus Ogunnaiki, the director of organizing with Color of Change, said the game was meant to be a mixer for attendees from different groups.
"We wanted to do something really fun to kind of unite the organizations," Magnus Ogunnaiki said.
The debate featured former Miami Beach mayor Philip Levine, Tallahassee mayor Andrew Gillum, former U.S. Representative Gwen Graham and Orlando entrepreneur Chris King.
